I first met Alleson as a teacher. She is a beautiful person who listens completely and helps the student really understand what is being taught. So when I felt I needed help, I came to her. Not too long after moving into my newly built home I became aware there was a problem with the energy there. I was seeing and experiencing things going on in the house that did not make sense to me. I was frightened and concerned. My dog Chloe was anxious as well and she frequently stood to stare upstairs with her tail between her legs. My sister came to stay a few times in my upstairs guest room and eventually shared she was experiencing an upsetting energy that was scaring her and making it very difficult for her to rest.
I contacted Alleson to explain my situation. She understood the discomfort I was experiencing and my sense of urgency. She quickly fit me in and did a house clearing over the phone. Since the session we have not had any further problems. My sister stayed at my house last weekend for several nights and I am happy to report that she no longer saw or felt the negative energy. As I was really uncomfortable in my house, I am thankful she made time to do this quickly.

My experience of The Living Arts Introductory Series as a student has been enriching and fully satisfying. Alleson is a compassionate and unconditionally loving person, taking time to get to know each of her students heart-to-heart. She is a passionate and outstanding teacher of Shamanism, providing excellent instruction and ensuring every question is answered. She is intuitive and down-to-Earth, and makes learning and experiencing the Series fun and playful. She even had the strength and courage to be present as a teacher after her husband had just undergone a risky surgery and was healing. I loved how the Series was spread out over a year, and was taught during the different seasons. Her home where she teaches is quite incredible during the summer with the many birds and vast array of flowers growing all-around!
I found The Living Arts Introductory Series very beneficial to my overall well-being. The energies of Shamanism are truly magical as they work beneath the mind, past explanation and in full bloom of imagination. I used to think that I had to understand the medicine I sought for healing to ensure I knew I chose the right method. Most methods of healing out there are based off of very strict structural instruction, which I once thought was truth; I thought everyone but myself had the answer, which made me cautious and question it all. Shamanism has taught me that it is not the ideas and dogmas of the mind that holds the key to well being—It is by fully embracing one’s own truth that one starts to let go of limitations and bask in the light of freedom. I have become deeply connected with the Earth, feel unconditional love for my self, and have learned to stop piling thoughts and conflict upon those once subtle voices that were my intuition and originality, and start listening.

My husband and I were referred to Alleson by a trusted friend for a dismemberment ceremony. Neither one of us, especially me had much experience with Shamanism. However, from the first meeting with Alleson she was extremely welcoming and explained everything in great detail. When I first moved to my new house in Minnesota, the energy here affected everyone in my family. It was as if everyone was boiling over at all time. This is a brand new house, so I was confused how a new home could already have such negative and aggressive energy. My son was agitated, and aggressive, my husband was the same. My Irish setter was bouncing off the walls. My daughter would not even sleep in her room. Both my girls were seeing unwelcome shadows, and spirits. I too was seeing them, but mostly feeling them.
I cleared my home myself, and afterwards my Irish setter did not even want to come into my home, or stay on my property. She was constantly trying to run away, she was terrified of something. At this point I was concerned and reached out to Alleson for help. I had a phone appointment with her and although I cannot go into the healing process, I will tell you what she found on my land, and the healing work she did, changed our lives completely.
She is wonderful to work with; she is clear, precise, professional, understanding, and able to fit your needs as well as the needs of your family into the healing process. I followed her instructions after she did her healing work, and our lives immediately got better, my home, land, family and animals felt an immediate shift.
