At SONQO we seek to know & conduct ourselves from a place of truth & not from the stories we’ve carried, which may or may not be true. It’s always a work in progress for even the very experienced. These are the stories we’ve grown up with, that were taught to us, & that became tightly woven into the fabric of our lives; who we are.
As we learn to navigate the healing realms we discover that to access healing guidance & also develop our ability to confidently walk in right relationship, we must also learn to journey into the other worlds for help & guidance. Additionally we must learn to hone & trust our intuitive abilities.
AboutThe Calling
The Series Unfolds
At SONQO, Series 1, The Journey Begins, introduces the shamanic wisdom teachings along with an abundance of ceremonies, journeys, rituals, & deep experiential personal healing work. Seeking truth we begin by learning how to recognize our sabotaging & depleting beliefs. Then, we discover how to identify their energetic presence as heavy & incompatible energies that live within us; the energies that were born from what we believed to be true. Next through intentional ritual we learn how to clear, release, & heal our past core deep wounds. Held within the teachings we learn how to create a new way of living with a focus on truth, what is practical, & what’s necessary to be in right relationship with all beings, including ourselves.
In Series 2, Deepening the Sacred Path, we expand our understanding of the shamanic wisdom teachings & their personal application & significance in all our relationships with: Pachamama, the Cosmos, & in what we call ordinary & non-ordinary realities. Like Series 1, our personal healing work continues & we begin to learn how to apply the basic shamanic practices to help our friends & family through the foundational healing practices of releasing disordered, heavy, & non-harmonizing energies, called hucha. It’s a gentle process with many gifts as we discover the simple ease through which healing may manifest.
In Series 3, Becoming the Dance, personal healing remains as an ongoing part of our personal work. We continue to hone our prior skills in addition to the new Series 3 healing ceremonies by practicing with each other in a more clinical setting for support, assistance, & skill building. Simultaneously as we learn these practices we also place an emphasis on how one may conduct a professional shamanic healing session, for those that desire to help others through their establishment of a healing practice.
I often hear reference to soul loss & soul retrieval as the primary essence of the shamanic healing arts. These skills are indeed an integral skill to be able to practice & there are other equally important shamanic healing ceremonies explored & taught in Series 3 including:
- Soul loss & soul retrieval – there are many aspects!
- Past life healing through you & your genetic ancestors
- Life-time-to-life-time past life healing via the navigation of one’s emotional root causes that dwell within the DNA
- Entity identification, healing, & extraction practices
Shamanic Series 3:
Becoming the Dance
Series 3 classes are for students who’ve completed Series 1 & 2. For students with prior “like” training, instructor permission is required.
The greatest potential for healing is found woven into the stories one carries. However what you do with the information you glean is an art that requires your ability to pull all of the pieces together & know not only how to proceed but with which healing ceremonies. It takes time & practice. This is why this series is titled “Becoming the Dance”. In Series 3 you’ll discover beautiful healing ceremonies that’ll allow you to follow the presenting themes through at deeper & deeper levels. It’ll be an ongoing focus & exploration as you cultivate your personal skills & practices.
Your developing skills will be central to your understanding & ability to safely & practically apply your intuitive abilities. You’ll learn to bridge practices & skills in a manner that will become your own personal style within the shamanic healing arts.
Your deeper understanding of becoming one with the energies at play within your own individual healing bundles is an integral component of your healing practices whether for purely personal work or for others. Each time you step further into these wisdom teachings, your relationship with your mesa grows. It is a delightful dance within the Great Mystery & your opportunity to become more aware of the gifts of each of your magnificent cuyas & yourself.
Together within ritual, journey work, & experiential practices we’ll weave ourselves, yet again individually & as an ayllu deeper into the beauty of this tradition & the realms of possibilities that it holds for you & those you care for.

• You’re welcome to bring your food and eat in. We provide tea.
• A list of local accommodations is available on request
• You may choose to camp out on the land (17 acres) for an additional fee of $50.00 for the weekend.

Class Cost & Registration
All Class Tuition Fees are Non-Refundable. As class size is limited, your registration reserves your space and sets your intention!
OPTION: Pay one class at a time.
Your deposit of $550 USD by January 8th reserves your space & sets your intention! The remaining 5 classes are $550 each ($2,750 total). Payments are due 1 month in advance:
• 2nd class payment is due by the start of your 1st class.
• 3rd class payment is due by the start of your 2nd class.
• 4th class payment is due by the start of your 3rd class.
• 5th class payment is due by the start of your 4rd class.
• 6th class payment is due by the start of your 5rd class.
OPTION: Pay for the entire series upfront to save.
$3,000 USD for all 6 classes & a savings of $300. To qualify, full payment must be received prior to the start of the 1st class.
OPTION: Payment over time.

Your confirmation & any instructions will be provided within 2 weeks of our start.
Cancellation
Series 3 classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If this were to occur you’d be notified. The class start date would either be rescheduled or if for any reason I find immediate rescheduling is not feasible, the class would be cancelled until a later date. Per your request you may opt out from waiting & I will refund 100% of your class fees.
Fragrance Free
I strive for a non-toxic chemical free environment due to many of my client’s chemical sensitivities. Chemical refers to all scented personal products including: perfumes, essential oils, deodorants, & skin & hair products. Additionally scented clothes washing detergents & fabric softeners / dryer papers are particularly problematic.
